FAQ:

Q1: Does it come with any cleaning solution or tablets?

A1: No, the product does not include any cleaning solution or tablets.  You can use commonly available denture or retainer cleaning tablets, which work effectively with the device.

Q2: Is it suitable for cleaning toothbrush heads?

A2: Yes, the device is designed with two dedicated holes at the top specifically for cleaning items with long handles, such as toothbrush heads.

Q3: Is the ultrasonic frequency suitable for all dental appliances?

A3: Yes, the high-frequency 45,000 Hz ultrasonic vibrations generate millions of nano-sized bubbles that reach into every crevice and hard-to-reach area, thoroughly and gently removing stains from all types of dental appliances.

Q4: Can it clean retainers with stubborn stains?

A4: Yes, for tough stains, we recommend running the 10-minute cleaning mode 2–3 times or adding a cleaning tablet or solution for optimal results.

Q5: Which cleaning mode should I choose for retainers?

A5:If your retainer is not very dirty and you clean it regularly, the 5-minute quick mode is sufficient.

For retainers with visible stains, we recommend the 10-minute deep clean mode.

If your retainer has stubborn stains due to infrequent cleaning, running the 10-minute mode 2–3 times will deliver the best results.

Q6: Does the machine stop running if the top is opened while it's in use?

A6: If you open the top while the machine is running, the ultrasonic function will keep working. However, for safety reasons, the UV lights will automatically turn off.

Q7: The water doesn’t bubble or get hot. Is this normal?

A7: Yes. Ultrasonic cleaning produces microscopic bubbles (invisible to the eye). However, you may notice the water vibrating, which indicates that the device is functioning properly. The process relies on high-frequency vibrations, not heat. Slight water warming is normal, but it won’t get noticeably hot.

Q8: Why does the timer display 3:00 or 6:00 instead of 5:00 or 10:00?

A8: The timer shows the countdown in seconds. Mode 1 should display 300 seconds (5 minutes), and Mode 2 should display 600 seconds (10 minutes).

Q9: How do I properly clean my ultrasonic retainer cleaner?

A9: Follow these steps for safe and effective cleaning:

    1. Unplug the device before cleaning to ensure safety.
    2. Wipe the stainless steel tank with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
    3. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild dish soap with warm water. Gently wipe with a soft cloth or sponge.
    4. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth to prevent water spots or residue.
    5. Avoid submerging the base or getting electronic parts wet.

Note: Regular cleaning after each use helps maintain performance and hygiene.

Q10: What should I do if I encounter the error “E03”?

A10: The “E03” error typically means that the internal temperature rose too quickly (over 5°C in one second). To resolve this, try the following:

    1. Allow the ultrasonic cleaner to rest for 10 minutes to allow the temperature to stabilize.
    2. Ensure there is enough water in the tank. If the tank runs dry or has too little water, the temperature can increase rapidly and trigger the error.

Q11: Does the water need to be changed daily?

A11: Yes, to maintain optimal hygiene and cleaning performance, we recommend:

    1. Drain used water immediately after each cleaning cycle
    2. Rinse the tank with fresh water
    3. Wipe dry with a soft cloth
    4. Refill with clean water for next use

Pro Tip: If you're using cleaning tablets, be sure to add them after changing the water.
